Nope

/build/scripts/tools/toolchain-pass-2/build/gcc/../prev-binutils/nm-new: cannot
execute: No such file or directory
No symbols seen -- broken or mis-installed nm?

This was in libgcc before the stage 1 directories are moved to prev-<app>
