For 4.3 we improve runtime with FDO and -O2, in both cases, with and without
FDO 4.3 scores 20% better than 3.4.  With 4.1 I also see better scores with
FDO.
For -O3 scores are the same with/w/o FDO for 4.1 and trunk.  -> FIXED.
