The make in the tar file fails with:

m_common_error.f90:4.35:

  use pxf, only: pxfabort, pxfflush
                                  1
Fatal Error: Can't open module file 'pxf.mod' for reading at (1): No such file
or directory
make: *** [m_common_error.o] Error 1
