[Bug c/33803] New: ICE during build of DES

Multiple versions of gcc give an ICE when compiling the attached preprocessed
version of the FreeBSD des.c.  The following is produced by gcc 4.2.2

$ h8300-rtems4.9-gcc -O2 -c des1.c
des1.c: In function 'des_init':
des1.c:4246: internal compiler error: in tree_low_cst, at tree.c:4554
