[Bug ada/33420] [Ada] crash passing SomeFunctionReturningPointer.all as function argument

1. The bug still exists in gcc 4.2.2 RC2

2. There is actually one remaining call to a Windows-dependent routine that
will produce a link failure when the test case is built with a compiler that
does not have the bug. If it is replaced with a null statement, the bug will
still happen with a compiler that has the bug.
