[Bug preprocessor/34288] ssize_t used in libcpp/files.c without autoconf detection

The check in gcc/configure.ac defaults ssize_t to int if it isn't found.
But, we also need to do this in libcpp/configure.ac.

If I send you a patch, can you test it?
I will send a patch for configure as well.
