[Bug fortran/33986] ICE on allocatable function result

Confirmed on x86_64-linux, with latest mainline. The reduced testcase is:

$ cat j.f90
function transform_to_spectral_from() result(spectral)
  integer, allocatable :: spectral(:)
  call scram(spectral)
end function transform_to_spectral_from
$ ./bin/gfortran j.f90
