[Bug c++/33983] New: <stdexcept> and <ostream> invalid_argument name clash with -std=gnu++0x

Both these system include files define invalid_argument.
ostream does this by indrectly including 
i686-pc-linux-gnu/bits/error_constants.h.

This is for the 20071026 snapshot.
