The following invalid code snippet triggers an ICE on mainline:

========================================================
template<typename...T> struct A
{
  static T i;
};

int j = A<int>::i;
========================================================

bug.cc:3: error: parameter packs not expanded with `...':
bug.cc:3: note:         'T'
bug.cc:6: internal compiler error: tree check: expected record_type or
union_type or qual_union_type, have template_type_parm in lookup_conversions,
