[Bug fortran/31918] -fconvert only accepts native and swap, but not little_endian or big_endian

It should be "little-endian" (with hyphen). The environment variable and the
convert=... in Fortran use underscores which confused me.

I rechecked the manual and it indeed says "little-endian" with hyphen

-> close as invalid
