It's hard to say when this was introduced.  The problem is that starting with
r123363, gcc won't accept this preprocessed code.  I used preprocessed code
generated by 4.3 20070326 to test older revisions, but there the bug doesn't
show up.  With r123366, the first revision that accepts the preprocessed code
from 20070422, I can see the ICE.
