[Bug other/31356] New: gcc --help=<language> option has problems in the output header line.

Consider the following output:

> ~/bin-trunk/bin/gcc --help=fortran
The following options are supported by, amoung others, the language :
  -I                          This switch lacks documentation
[...]
--------------------------------------------

The language name seems to be missing from the first line.  (Also, "amoung" is
an obvious typo.)
