Now, for example, the preprocessed <memory> is about 100 KB smaller and there
are noticeable improvements eveywhere (containers, streams, etc.). Also, thanks
to variadic templates the compile-time performance and preprocessed header size
for  <tr1/tuple> and <tr1/functional> are hugely better than in 4_2-branch. I
think we can consider this issue solved and further improvements considered
proper enhancements not bug fixes.
