[Bug testsuite/32471] New: Testcases which always fail on targets where an int is 16 bits

Starting with revision 122414, we have three testcases which will always fail
on targets where an int is 16 bits wide:

gcc.dg/torture/pr30364-1.c
gcc.dg/torture/pr30364-2.c
gcc.dg/torture/pr30364-3.c

Additionally, they will test nothing on a target where an int is 64 bits wide.
