[Bug fortran/32357] New: bad result from mvbits in mips version of gfortran with -fdefault-integer-8

When I compile and run the program listed below under the mips version of
gfortran with -fdefault-integer-8 it prints "i = 0". It should print "i = 1".

PROGRAM test
i = 0
CALL MVBITS(1, 0, 16, i, 0)
WRITE(*, 10) i
10 FORMAT("i =",i2)
END PROGRAM test
