[Bug c++/32252] New: [4.3 regression] ICE with variadic templates and arrays

The following (IMHO valid) code snippet triggers an ICE on mainline:

template<int M, int N, int (&... p)[N]> struct A;

template<int M> struct A<M,5,x> {};

A<0,5,x> a;
