[Bug c++/32683] Compiling HPCToolkit causes many errors and warnings using GCC 4.3 (but not prior versions)

A few example ".ii" files (from a list of many) that have errors when compiled
using GCC == 4.3 --- but do not have any errors or warnings with GCC < 4.3 .
GCC does not seem to compile ".ii" files out
