[Bug fortran/32620] dummy procedure problem

The main reason is that the interface for wrap is not known, and also g is
implicate(sp?) which means it is a real(4).

Actually it is the implicate(sp?) issue.
If I make what g is by doing:
       external :: g
       real(8) :: g

I don't get a crash.
