We could better pretty print: "*((B<int>*)this)->B<int>::a += x" to something
like:

*(this->B<int>::a) += x

Which should get a better picture of things.

"and the explicit qualification", I think that is actually a benifit to our
pretty print system.

EDG just prints out the line which is ok except when macros come into place :).
