[Bug debug/30986] New: [4.0/4.1/4.2/4.3 regression] ICE in splice_child_die

The test gcc.c-torture/execute/mayalias-2.c is causing an ICE when compiled
with -g.  The failure can be reproduced as far back as gcc 4.0, but gcc-3.3
works.
