testcase for MVE

Running the executable of the attached testcase (compiled with MVE)
succeeded.  This looks strange as it seems mzero6.c and this tetscase have
similar loop structure:

 double acc = 0.0;
       for (int i = 0; i <= n; i++)
         acc += d;
       return acc;
