DATE_AND_TIME has four optional arguments, thus
CALL date_and_time()
is valid.
As all arguments are INTENT(out),
_gfortran_date_and_time (0B, 0B, 0B, 0B, 0, 0, 0);
is sort of a no-op and can be omitted.
