I was seeing this bug when building with BOOT_CFLAGS=-march=nocona\
-mtune=nocona\ -O2 that later ICE'd for ../gcc/libgcc2.c:557

I don't have access to that x86_64 with ubuntu anymore so cannot check if the
patch does fix it, unfortunately.
