        * configure.ac: Add check for makeinfo
        * Makefile.am: Redefined target libgomp.info, build libgomp.info only
        if an appropiate version of makeinfo is found.
        * aclocal.m4: Regenerated.
        * configure: Regenerated.
        * Makefile.in: Regenerated.
        * testsuite/Makefile.in: Regenerated.
