This is not the right way to adjust the milestone for such a bug: you 
should set it to 4.1.2 or 4.1.3, not clear it altogether.  Please fix this 
and any other such bugs whose milestones you have cleared despite being 
regressions in 4.1, 4.2 or 4.3.
