FWIW, this also fails on mips-linux-gnu (or at least mips64-linux-gnu -mabi=32,
which should be the same thing).  The problem is that cshift0's
target-independent function type says that the SHIFT and DIM arguments are
integers, rather than pointers to integers.  So on this target, we say that the
DIM argument is an 8-byte integer rather than a 4-byte pointer to an 8-byte
integer.
