[Bug fortran/34327] Is screen output buffered when gfortran is run in a MinGW shell?

I am going to close this as not a gfortran bug.  This could be an issue with
the terminal settings chosen by mingw as well.  By mingw shell, I presume you
mean MSYS.  There may be some documentation around to help understand this
terminal behavior, but I have not looked for it.
