[Bug fortran/33252] GCC-4.3.0 Bootstrap testsuite error increase

This was fixed by:

        PR target/33168
        * config/rs6000/rs6000.c (rs6000_elf_in_small_data_p): Return
        true if any of the compare_section_name calls returned true,
        rather than if any returned false.


Try again after that patch.
