Which is because...

  TREE_OPERAND (pos, 1) = fold_build2 (PLUS_EXPR, itype,
                                       fold_convert (itype,
                                                     TREE_OPERAND (pos, 1)),
                                       fold_convert (itype, delta));

fold_convert (itype, -1) generates the overflow as -1 is unsigned and itype
(from TYPE_DOMAIN of the array type) is a signed type.

I'll think about this one.
