[Bug fortran/32955] New: gfortran.dg/value_4.f90 gives a compiling error with -fdefault-integer-8

Compiling gfortran.dg/value_4.f90 with -fdefault-integer-8 gives the following
error:

/opt/gcc/gcc-4.3-work/gcc/testsuite/gfortran.dg/value_4.f90:76.6:

  if (delta ((3 * i), j)) call abort ()
     1
Error: There is no specific function for the generic 'delta' at (1)

gcc version 4.3.0 20070731 (experimental)
