[Bug target/20337] Unable to run dynamicly linked binaries on ARCH sh3 (hitachi)

When this bug was reported I had these issues, it later turned out to be due to
glibc. All versions after 2.3.3 (in other words 2.3.4 ->) works perfectly fine.
