[Bug c++/31579] [4.3 regression] ICE when compiling attached code

Confirmed. This is a regression on at least mainline. I don't
have my set of compilers around here to verify if it is also a 
regression on 4.1 and 4.2.x. It seems to work with 4.0.x.
