[Bug testsuite/31369] 100's of new libgomp fails

Perhaps hppa64 needs the same change to libgomp.exp as in
http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-patches/2007-03/msg01497.html ?

These tests all fail because shared libgcc library is not found.
