[bdavis@localhost current]$ cat f.f
       character*10 a(4,2) /'aaa','bbb','ccc','ddd'/
       end
[bdavis@localhost current]$ /usr/local/bin/gfortran -c f.f
f.f:0: internal compiler error: Segmentation fault
