[Bug c++/29016] New: ICE when compiling with -Os

ICE with gcc version 4.2.0 20060911 (experimental) when optimizing for code
size. Preprocessed example code follows. Compile with: g++ -Os -c foo.cc -o
foo.o
20060908 worked ok.
