This works for me too, using same cygwin distro of gcc-3.4.4, same command line
(g++ -Wall -o Employee.h Employee.h -mno-cygwin), cygwin version 1.5.22.
Could it be a mmap vs .pch problem that is now fixed in cygwin1.dll?
Also works with mingw (3.4.5, 4.1.2, 4.2.0), but my text editor surely does
have problems with the 6+MB pch file now disguising itself as the input header
file :(.
