You need to add a spec for To_Target_Priority in s-osinte-linux-hppa.ads

Better in the medium term would be to merge s-osinte-linux-hppa.ads with
s-osinte-linux.ads as suggested in the past, to avoid this kind of trouble.

We probably have a similar issue with s-osinte-linux-alpha.ads
