gcc-build/gcc> make info
gcc-build/gcc> make html

works, however:
gcc-build/gcc> make pdf

texi2pdf -I . -I /home/tob/projects/gcc/gcc/doc -I

/home/tob/projects/gcc/gcc/doc/gcc.texi
