[Bug target/27705] [4.1/4.2 regression] gcc.dg/sibcall-7.c execution test fails

It is a testsuite bug.  The problem is that on ia64 the call frame is allocated
on the register stack, not on the normal stack.  Thus the recursive call to
recurser_void does not change the stack pointer.
