Reduced testcase:
void f(long nb)
{
    long i, j, d, d2;
    for (i=1; i<=nb; i++)
        if (i>1)
        {
            d = i-1;
            d2 = 2*i-3;
            for (j=d; j>0; j--)
            {
                divrs( d2 );
                d2-=2;
            }
        }
}

The segfault is in fold-const but the backtrace comes from scev.
