EW = FLOAT(IH)

[bdavis@gfortran ac_avionics]$ g77 b.f
[bdavis@gfortran ac_avionics]$ ./a.out
2.
[bdavis@gfortran ac_avionics]$ gfortran b.f
In file b.f:4
EW = FLOAT(IH)
1
Error: Type of argument 'a' in call to 'float' at (1) should be INTEGER(4), not
INTEGER(2)
