[Bug c++/26790] ICE with -fmudflap returning an incomplete struct

Fixed on mainline.
The testcase is still missing, though.

Will probably also be fixed on the 4.1 branch, since the patch is required
for a complete fix of PR 26790 which is a 4.1/4.2 regression.
