[Bug c++/26622] New: ICE in extract_insn, at recog.c:2084

[apl at alum dot mit dot edu]

Test case is huge (26KLOC), but only takes a fraction of a second to compile
and die.

Just compile with

       g++ -c ice.i

I'll append the test case momentarily
