During the second stage bootstrap xgcc ICE's while compiling
libstdc++-v3/libsupc++/eh_exception.cc

with

gcc-build/./gcc/include/sys/types.h:222: internal compiler error: in
maybe_process_template_type_declaration, at cp/name-lookup.c:4731
