[Bug libstdc++/27878] GCC 4.1.1 build fails on mips-sgi-irix6.5 (libstdc++)/GCC 4.1.0 worked.

Before confirming this we have to understand why we have got rather good
testresults for 4.1.1 on mips-sgi-irix6.5:
