The following invalid code snippet triggers an ICE since GCC 4.0.0:

====================
struct A
{
  int i;
  A(int = X);
};

void foo()
{
  A().i;
}
====================

bug.cc:4: error: 'X' was not declared in this scope
bug.cc: In function 'void foo()':
bug.cc:9: internal compiler error: in gimple_add_tmp_var, at gimplify.c:720
