[Bug libstdc++/25649] [4.2 regression] Bogus "uninitialized" warning

The guess this bug is invalid then.  If the standard is not sane, then this is
actually not a bug.

But then again libstdc++ can be a little saner in the case I gave for comment
#9.  That is all I am asking for really, not for the comment #0 to be fixed but
for comment #9 to be sane.
