Hi Pinski,

What do you think about it mentioning "No such file or directory" ?

I presume if someone had built GCC them self with Java not enabled it would
give the same "gcc: installation problem, cannot exec 'jc1':" message?  If so..
I do still think a clearer indication of what jc1 actually was meant to be
would help the user figure out the problem.
