[Bug bootstrap/28577] make of gcc-4.1.1 failed using icc v9.1.042 on ia64

I used:

gcc-4.1.1-objdir% ../gcc-4.1.1/configure --prefix=/not/normal --enable-libada
--enable-libssp --enable-threads --enable-tls

but during configure it says:

The following languages will be built: c,c++,java,objc

Why is fortran not configured to be built?
