[Bug middle-end/27173] New: ICE with -O -ftrapv

The attached program causes an ICE when compiled with both -O and -ftrapv:

$ g++ -O -ftrapv -c Linear_System.ii
g++: Internal error: Segmentation fault (program cc1plus)
